The top back splat, also in matching veneer, is framed by sculpted scrolls that transition into sweeping reeded arms, enclosing a fixed seat and backrest upholstered in light tan leather.

A hand-carved rope detail, finished in gold metal leaf, runs along the seat rail, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship. The chair stands on reeded, square-tapering front legs and down swept back legs, ensuring both stability and an adherence to classical design principles.
