Supporting the top is a bold and sophisticated base, consisting of four turned and reeded columns, a signature Regency feature that adds both structural integrity and decorative appeal. These columns rest upon a sturdy platform base, from which four elegantly out swept legs extend, each terminating in finely detailed brass capping's. The combination of expertly turned wood and polished brass elements reflects the Regency era’s emphasis on both form and function, resulting in a table that is as visually striking as it is practical.
